The U10s local league, organised by David Hayes at Trinity, moved into its latest round of fixtures last week, with Warly 1 hosting Trinity, and Warly 2 visiting Chipstead. From the fields of the Meads comes this bulletin from Matt Lewis.

Summary
The boys worked really hard in the first half but a few wild passes and some interesting tackle attempts left us 5-1 down. The second half was much better, with great work from the lads, that featured a fantastic end-to-end try from Ben L. Warly were unfortunate to meet a decent Chipstead side, so even with a spirited second half performance, came up just short.

A great game all round, made even better by the hospitality of Chipstead for the third half, with hot dogs served for all! Many thanks to our hosts for putting on a great Sunday for all the kids!
