BackWarlingham RFC Membership 2026/27
Membership for the 2026/27 season is now open.
Every membership can be paid in full, or in six monthly instalments with a one-off up front payment, and everything is bought and managed in one place through Pitchero, the club's membership system. Playing members must hold an active membership to be selected. If paying is genuinely difficult, contact the Membership Secretary in confidence and we will find a way together.

What Each Membership Includes
Full men's 15-a-side rugby: league, cup and friendly fixtures across our senior sides, plus touch rugby. Includes matchday sports therapist cover, use of the club gym, entry to the international ticket ballot, the members' discount bar card, our shared Farleigh golf booking, full clubhouse access and a vote at the AGM.
Senior Playing (Men - Student rate): £100
Full playing rights and all the same benefits as senior membership, at a student price.
Everything you need to play women's 15-a-side at Warlingham: training, fixtures, sports therapist cover, gym access, the ticket ballot, bar card, Farleigh golf booking, clubhouse access and a vote at the AGM.
Vets fixtures plus up to four senior XV games a season (play more than four and we will ask you to upgrade to Senior playing). Includes touch, sports therapist cover when playing, gym access, ticket ballot, bar card, golf booking, clubhouse access and an AGM vote.
All touch sessions and fixtures, men and women together: one membership, one price. Includes gym access, the ticket ballot, bar card, golf booking, clubhouse access and an AGM vote. Does not include 15-a-side rugby.
Weekly walking rugby, run alongside our partner groups at Old Whitgiftians and Croydon. Includes the ticket ballot, bar card, golf booking, clubhouse access and an AGM vote. Does not include touch or 15-a-side.
Mini (U6-U11): £130 and Junior (U13-U18): £160
Age-grade rugby for boys and girls, with qualified coaches, first-aid and sports therapist cover, and festival entries through the season. Parents receive the ticket ballot, the discount bar card, access to the Farleigh golf booking and an AGM vote.
Our best value for families: one membership covers ALL playing children in the household, however many. If you have two or more children playing, Family membership beats paying per child. Parents receive the ticket ballot, the discount bar card, access to the Farleigh golf booking and an AGM vote.
For everyone who wants to be part of the club without playing: clubhouse access, member social events, the discount bar card, the international ticket ballot.
Our supporter membership: everything in Social, plus two club lunches a year, the Farleigh golf booking and an AGM vote. The best way for former players and long-standing supporters to stay close to the club.
How to Join
Choose your membership on Pitchero, pick pay-in-full or six monthly instalments, and you are done. Standing orders and bank transfers are being retired this season: if you currently pay that way, we will be in touch to move you across, and your old standing order should be cancelled once Pitchero is set up.
