This Policy sets out the standards and procedures governing the use of social and digital media in connection with Warlingham Rugby Football Club (“the Club”).

The purpose of this Policy is to:

1. Safeguard the reputation and integrity of the Club and its members.
2. Ensure compliance with safeguarding and RFU regulations.
3. Promote consistent, respectful, and responsible online behaviour.
4. Protect young people and vulnerable adults.
5. Maintain the Club’s values of Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline, and Sportsmanship.

This Policy shall apply to all forms of online communication used for or associated with the Club.
