After what has been a very encouraging season so far this weekend was probably the best display yet from a very talented side. The lads controlled the game from the very start and a combination of punchy, powerful runs from the forwards and great game management from the half-backs made attacking look easier than it was against a well drilled Reeds side.
Once again the defense was rock solid with monster hits coming in from anyone and everyone who was asked a question by the opposition.
Our philosophy of playing with structure and a simple, well established pattern of play is really starting to pay off, and at times throughout the game we looked truly impressive with literally every player contributing to a dominant team effort.
A big high five to Theo English for his man of the match performance as chosen by our warrior captain on the day, Xav Simmonds-Dance.
