We all know it's a long way to Tipperary but it must have seemed like a pretty long way back to south west London for the visiting Irish contingent following a dominant display from the ever-improving Warlingham Under 14s.
A massive display from the forwards put the visitors on the backfoot from the very get-go and I'd say the Banshee had a pretty sore throat by the time the final whistle blew. Once again The Mighty Warl showed their credentials throughout the morning with slick, accurate passing and rock solid defense. It really was a 'whole team' performance and deserving of the accolades from both home and away supporters.
Sadly we were missing a few very good players through injury and illness, and particular mention must go to Seb Taylor-Smith who suffered a serious ankle injury whilst playing for his school the previous afternoon. It looks like he will be out for the season and we wish him all the very best for a speedy and thorough recovery.
