
Well that was May… and conversations are already turning to preseason with Colts back at it from 3rd June, Senior Mens from 7th July, and Women’s summer training on every Wednesday evening.
Where does that leave the rest of us? Coming to the club every Wednesday evening in your finest athwear, is where!
Get ready to get a sweat on as the club comes alive midweek with Minis, Juniors, and Girls being put through their paces by our coaches to get them fit for next season.
But it’s not just for them young’uns!
All members are welcome to give rugby fitness a try, get your reps in, and work yourself fit.
Make Wednesdays the start of a new programme of fitness for yourself, and build a better you in time for the summer.
Sessions will start promptly at 6.30pm, beginning 3rd June - don’t miss your first session!
