This is the membership's chance to hear from the current committee about the season just gone, the financial health of the club and key highlights of a packed season. As well as ask direct questions to the current committee.

It is also a chance for members to elect in a new committee.

VOTING ELIGIBILITY

All members who have paid their annual subscription are entitled to attend and vote. Please ensure your membership is paid up.

Please note:
• Honorary Members may attend but are not eligible to vote
• Where a family membership includes more than one person over 16, only one vote may be cast

NOMINATIONS & MANIFESTOS

The nominations board will go up in the small bar on 25th May (this is one week earlier than usual). Any member wishing to stand for a committee role, or wishing to nominate another member, must sign the board with their proposer/nominee signature.

All nominees are asked to submit a short manifesto (maximum 200 words) outlining their intentions and what they hope to achieve in the role. Manifestos must be submitted to Club Secretary Alex Glover (alexglover1@hotmail.com) by Friday 12th June 2026.

Manifestos will be circulated to the membership ahead of the AGM, likely on Sunday 14th June.

COMMITTEE POSITIONS UP FOR ELECTION

The following roles will be elected at the AGM:
• Chairman
• Honorary Secretary
• Honorary Treasurer
• Senior, Junior & Mini Playing Chairmen
• Welfare and safeguarding officer.
• Marketing & Communications Officer
• Women's/Girls Representative
• Up to six additional committee members

Where more than one candidate is nominated for a position, election will be by show of hands on the night.

QUORUM

A minimum of 15 members must be present for the meeting to proceed. Please do come along and have your say in how the club is run.
