t’s pre-season training time with fitness, skills, strength work and fun ? 5th July, 3-4pm will be our first session. Looking to next season we’ll be starting to train for contact so please get your kid a gum shield. Not sure if the Club Shop will be open but I’m reliably informed Amazon and Sports Direct do decent ones and Opro are a good brand. I’ll confirm other dates over the summer months once they’re sorted.
